How do I measure my feet?
Please see measuring instructions on our Sandals page. Or click here
I've traced my feet. Where do I send my tracings?
Please send your tracings to: KikaNY Atelier, Calle de la Industria 17 - local 1. Palma de Mallorca, 07013 Balears, Spain.
How do I break in my sandals?
Our sandals are designed to feel very tight at first. We recommend submerging your feet (with the sandals on) in hand warm water for about 30 seconds, then walking them dry. You can repeat if necessary. When the sandals are dry, use leather wax to keep the leather flexible.
How do I measure my belt size?
Jeans size and belt size are two different things and should not be confused. For an exact measurement of your belt size, measure from the tip of your favorite belt (image 1 below) to the hole you use most often (image 2 below). Put your jeans size in the assigned box and Include your belt size in "notes" at checkout. We'll confirm your size before cutting your belt.
What is your shipping policy?
Domestic shipping: DHL US/ International: DHL Express. All custom fees and VAT are included.
Shipping Costs to Remote Areas:
Dear Valued KikaNY customer,
We want to inform you about a slight adjustment to our shipping policy that affects orders being delivered to remote areas in the US. Due to the unique challenges associated with reaching these locations, there will be an additional shipping cost of $20 applied to orders destined for remote areas.
We understand that this might come as a surprise, and we want to assure you that this decision wasn't taken lightly. The extra shipping cost is necessary to cover the increased expenses related to transportation, extended delivery times, and the intricacies of navigating these less accessible destinations. We encourage you to review the list of remote areas that are subject to this additional charge on our website, allowing you to make an informed decision before finalizing your purchase.
Alaska: Parts of Alaska, especially in the northern and western regions, can be considered remote due to their distance from major population centers and challenging terrain.
Hawaii: While not remote in the same sense as some mainland areas, certain locations on the Hawaiian islands that are harder to access can incur additional shipping costs.
Western Mountain States: Some areas in states like Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, and Nevada have sparse populations and rugged landscapes, making shipping more challenging.
Rural Midwest: Certain rural areas in states like North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska can be relatively remote due to their distance from major cities.
Appalachian Region: Remote pockets can be found in the Appalachian Mountains, spanning from the Northeast down to parts of the Southeast.
Desert Southwest: Some desert regions in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah might be considered remote due to their arid landscapes and limited infrastructure.
Island Territories: U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands can experience higher shipping costs due to their island locations.
Northern New England: Certain areas in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, especially those far from major highways, might be considered remote.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to sabine@KikaNY.com
Warm regards.
