Can I return/exchange my made-to-order product?
If you'd like to return your made-to-order goods, we issue store credit only (no refunds). If you wish to return your goods for store credit, please email us at kika@kikany.com.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs
We strongly recommend that you review your size before placing your order.
You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.
Can I exchange my customized product or an item on the sale page?
Customized goods that have been made to your specifications (size, style, cut, detailing, type of leather) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items on sale or on the sale page (ctp) are final.
