  • Where is the leather from?

We source our leather from Italy, Firenze.

  • What type of leather do you use?

We use vegetable-tanned, water-resistant, humanely-sourced leather. More information, see leather Origin

  • Can I return/exchange my made-to-order product?

If you'd like to return your - Made-to-Order - goods, we issue store credit only (no refunds). If you wish to return your goods for store credit, please email us at kika@kikany.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you review your size before placing your order.

  • Can I return/exchange my custom made product?

Customized products that have been built to your specifications (size, style, cut, detailing, type of leather) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Can I return/exchange my product from the sale page?

    Items on sale, bought with a discount, or on the sale page are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

  • How do I measure/trace my feet?

  • How do I break in my sandals?

Our sandals fit snugly at first. Soak your feet (with the sandals on) in warm water for about 30 seconds, then walk until they're dry. You can do this again if needed.

Once dry, apply leather wax to keep the leather soft.

  • How do I measure my belt size?

  • Jeans size and belt size are two different things and should not be confused. For an exact measurement of your belt size, measure from the tip of your favorite belt to the hole you use most often . Put your jeans size in the assigned box and Include your belt size in "notes" at checkout. We'll confirm your size before cutting your belt.

  • Where are you located? Can I stop by?

    In 2021, we moved our workshop to the Balearic Islands, Mallorca. Email us at sabine@kikany.com to schedule a visit.

  • Can my product be repaired if it has sustained any damage?

    Yes, usually it can. We need to evaluate the damage before we can provide a solution.
